goodbye my lover, goodbye my friend, you have been the one

To make a long story short took my car to the shop got Fuel Pump and FMIC installed and Revo Stg. 2+ Flashed in. Was driving through south beach to pick up my friend ever so happy and "POW!!!!" a ridiculously loud noise and jolt and my shift lever pops up a few inches from the center console. Engine immediately shuts off and car grinds to a halt. I get out, in disbelief looking at parts scattered for 100 ft. behind me and oil pouring from underneath the car. Turns out i hit a manhole that was protruding from the ground. Transmission is done, also hit the oil pan and a couple of other goodies. Got all my documents together and the city will be cutting me a check for the repairs. I'm thinking I am just gonna keep the $$ Part out the car and sell it for what i can get (I have another car available to drive). I think the A3 has run it's course she will be missed.... ALOT
